*Enrollment Card & Proof Of Residency
When you return your enrollment card to verify that all the information is correct for our records this school year, we also ask you to update your proof of residency. This is supposed to be done annually to ensure that all students attending Hardy either live within the school boundaries or have been accepted via Choice. If you attend Hardy via Choice, you still need to submit your proof of residency so we can ensure you're still within the San Diego Unified School District boundaries and don't require out-of-district permits. Proof of residency can be any one of the following: A recent (month of or month after registration date) utility bill (SDG&E, non-cell phone, water, cable) Recent rental agreement, contract, or mortgage statements Documents addressed to you from the Dept. of Social Services
